About Us

During childhood, I saw one of my friend’s father making shapes with wood on a machine. I was fascinated and was glued at the sight of wood changing shape. But then he never lets me take a closer look. Maybe he thought it’s dangerous for a little kid to be around while he was working.

Years later I started work in the HVAC industry, opened my own business too. We all store good and important memories from all stages of life. And at time to time we access it depending on the situation we are in.

Among the good memories I stored from different ages of life, the memories of my friend’s dad turning wood always used to pop up. With no idea on the techniques of wood turning, I went ahead and purchased a single speed turning machine.

Amongst my first tool was a screwdriver. But that was enough to start. Years later now I have sufficient tools to make any shape I like. Work of other turners, the beautiful forms they make out of wood were my inspiration. I saw a few videos on turning and learned some techniques. I still don’t know if I’m using the techniques professional wood turners do. But my techniques make me turn the shape I want. I guess that’s enough for now. And with this website, I’m happy to share my work. Turning is really simple, the only catch is to not have catches.
